Easy steps to apply for a refund or return an item on Mrgeeonlinestore
- Within 15 days of receiving your item or failing to receive an item after scheduled delivery date.

- Go to “my orders”
- Find the Order(s) you have a problem with
- Click on the refund icon beside it
- Click on Partial or Full refund
- Select the problem
- Item not working properly
- Defective in some way
- Wrong item supplied
- You are yet to receive the order
- Write detailed description of the problem
- Upload pictures of the Item(s)
- Input your account details (Name of bank, name of buyer and account number). Please note that you will only be paid if the username corresponds with the bank details provided.
- In 5-8 working days, our courier team will pick up the item from you. Make sure to fill the returns form and keep your copy safe for reference purposes.
- Our team will then appraise the evidence on both sides and rule in favor of either you or the seller
- Depending on the decisions made by our team, you will receive your refund within 5 working days. If you do not get a refund within this time, click on ‘Support’ and create a ticket.
